Encrypting Files and Folders

1. Open Disk Utility, located in /Applications/Utilities, and make sure

nothing is selected in the Disk Utility window (Figure 37).

2. In the Images menu, choose New > Blank Image or click the New Image

button.

3. Type a name for the disk image and choose where to save it (Figure 38).
